Pet Health no longer waits on your vet — you can now add health records and prescriptions yourself if they're busy or unavailable, including a new "Bill" entry type for doctor's bills. Everything a vet adds is still clearly marked as theirs.

Snap a photo of a doctor's bill, visit summary, or prescription slip and attach it directly to the record — no more losing paper copies.
Choose your vet for video consults NEW
Requesting a video consult now lets you browse real vets by city, country, price, and rating — or simply ask for the next available one, whichever you prefer.
Cancel a consult request NEW
Changed your mind? Pending video consult requests can now be removed with one tap.
Richer pet profiles IMPROVED
Pet profiles now show age (calculated from date of birth), weight, sterilization status, and notes at a glance — and all of it is editable from the pet's page.
Version check that never blocks login IMPROVED
The login screen now quietly shows your app version and lets you know if an update's available, without ever getting in the way of signing in.
Articles that stay on the page IMPROVED
Reading an article on the About Us page no longer takes you elsewhere — it now opens right below, and the page scrolls down to meet it.
Pet Xchange symbol, refined IMPROVED
The Pet Coin symbol has been updated to a distinctive Telugu-script mark (ప), giving Pet Xchange its own unmistakable identity.

To cut down on spam and protect service providers' privacy, viewing a Pet Care listing's phone number now costs a small ₹25 unlock fee, paid securely in-app.
Easier shopping & cart IMPROVED
Product pages now show quantity and "Add to Cart" together for faster checkout, and the cart has been redesigned to be clearer and easier to review before you pay.
Pet Care photos & pricing FIXED
Service photos now display in full instead of being cropped, and prices consistently show in ₹ across the app.
Pet Xchange gets its own coin symbol IMPROVED
Since Pet Xchange trades in virtual Pet Coins rather than real money, it now shows its own distinct symbol (℘) instead of ₹, so there's no mixing it up with real payments.
Safety reminder NEW
Product and cart screens now remind you to always pay through IndusPets, never directly to a seller.
