IndusPets is strictly an online venue/listing platform. We act solely as an intermediary to allow users to connect, interact, and list pets or pet-related products. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

2. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • IndusPets does not verify, vet, or guarantee the identity of any user (Buyer or Seller).
  • We do not inspect, possess, or own any pets or products listed on the site.
  • We are NOT responsible for any financial loss, product scams, sick animals, or fraudulent activities that may occur between users.
  • You accept that any transaction you enter into is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndusPets, its affiliates, officers, and employees disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

3. Safety and Payment Warning

We strongly advise all users to exercise extreme caution:

  • Do not send money online (UPI, Bank Transfer) before verifying the product or pet in person.
  • Meet in safe, public locations for transactions.
  • Verify the health and vaccination records of any pet before adopting or purchasing.
  • If a deal looks too good to be true, it likely is.

4. User Responsibilities

By using IndusPets, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of your listings.
  • You will not list prohibited items, endangered species, or engage in animal cruelty.
  • You will treat other users with respect and not engage in harassment or abusive behavior.

5. Dispute Resolution

Since we are not a party to transactions, we cannot force a seller to refund money or a buyer to return an item. However, in the interest of community safety:

  • We will investigate reported complaints.
  • We reserve the right to ban users found violating our terms.
  • In the event of a formal police complaint, we will cooperate with law enforcement and provide any available user details (such as IP address, phone number, and email) to aid the investigation.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndusPets from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.
